At the time of the American Revolution,the thirteen British colonies could be divided into three geographic areas: New England, Middle, and Southern. Each of these had specific economic, social, and political developments that were unique to the regions. The vast majority of colonists had to carry on with their mode of life as tradesman, farmers, merchants and laborers while the Revolution went on all around them.  Find out whatlife was like for the average person living in the fledgling country.
